Our software is primarily designed for heavy mobile equipment operating in industries such as metals & mining, oil & gas and construction. However, Downtime Tracker's customization ability allows it to be used in numerous physical asset management operations.
What's included in the KPI Dashboard?
All primary mobile maintenance & reliability KPIs are included in the dashboard such as availability, planned work %, downtime by status, MTBF, MTTR and failure modes. There is also a fleet status dashboard that shows near-live data. Additional KPIs can be added as required.
What do you mean by "automated" dashboard?
Our KPI dashboard is fully automated using Microsoft Power BI, meaning that there is no data extraction or manipulation required. The dashboard can be refreshed multiple times a day and is fully interactive. Save dozens of hours monthly by escaping "Excel-Hell"!
What can be customized in the application?
We recognize that not all organizations operate the same way. Therefore, we've designed most selectable options in Downtime Tracker to be customizable such as failure modes and event statuses. The application is also fully bilingual in English and French.
